Mrs. Smith's 6th Grade English
Introduction:
Hello, My name is Mrs. Elizabeth Smith and I am so excited to join the Trinity Middle School Tiger Team. I am so blessed in becoming the new 6th Grade English teacher during this time of change and uncertainty.
I am a graduate of Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor of Science in Education EC-6. My classroom experience has grown over the years I have taught in the Woodlands and also Willis ISD. I am married to a wonderful husband and have three beautiful children two are grown and out of the nest, and one of which will be attending TMS as an 8th grader. I currently have 2 dogs(Curly Fry and Roscoe), 1 cat (Tiger), and now a small turtle(Nemo) . I am currently looking for a small hamster as a class pet. I love to travel and have lived in West Virginia a year ago before returning back to Texas so I love the small town feel that Trinity offers reminds me of being in WV.
I am personally here for you and your child to help build their knowledge and love of English. My favorite saying is," It takes a village to raise a child" and i am asking to be apart of your family's village. If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact me.
