If you could have any vehicle when you get older, what would it be and why? 

The topic is "Something in my school or community I want to change and what I am going to do about it." 


You have a lot of freedom to talk about anything you would like to see change. You choose! Have fun, but be serious. 


It needs to be 5 paragraphs long. Create an outline, write your speech, and edit it till it sounds perfect. You will not be allowed to use your paper or a presentation. You will be speaking only. Make sure you are confident in what you are saying. You will have Friday and all of next week to complete this. We will present the following Monday. BE READY!

We have been talking about image. Our image is how others see us. Your image may be different around different people. It is like a mask. We could say that we wear different masks in different situations. For example, one girl might have a different group of friends. With one group she wears the mask of an athlete, with another group she's a girlfriend, with another group she's an honor student. Think of your friend groups or home verses school and tell me what masks you wear in different situations and how they are different.
